Based on the destination and product type, we select the most suitable courier partner to ensure timely delivery. If you have a preference for a specific courier, please let us know at the time of ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via WhatsApp for updates.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • A flat shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹499, depending on the delivery location and product size.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order until it is delivered.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging all products securely to ensure they arrive undamaged. In case you receive a damaged package, please take clear photos and contact us immediately for resolution.

Undeliverable Packages

In case a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
